My name is Elvin Karimov. I attend State College of Florida, and I am currently pursuing my degree in Web Page Development and Computer Science. Over the course of this semester, I plan to build a comprehensive five-page portfolio website that showcases my skills in web design, academic projects, and professional background. My goal is to craft a polished online presence that effectively demonstrates my qualifications to potential employers.

This initial home page serves as the foundation for the upcoming Resume, Portfolio, Newsletter, and Contact pages that will be integrated throughout the term.

Building a solid web development toolkit requires attention to semantic HTML structure, proper tag nesting, and modern CSS styling standards. I look forward to refining my design techniques and learning how to create dynamic and accessible user experiences.
